STM Blueline 3 BIG blower

This fully automatic machine, therefore, uses an air conveyor to safely transfer the preforms. It operates with a power supply of 3×400 Volt +N+PE, a rated power of 120 kW, an operating air pressure between 8 and 10 bar, and a maximum blowing pressure of 30 bar. As a result, this setup allows the production of 5-liter PET bottles while maintaining high standards of uniformity and quality. Moreover, the blower integrates seamlessly into the overall system configuration, ensuring maximum compatibility.

STM Arrowpet 16/16/6 NC/BIG triblock

The STM Arrowpet 16/16/6 NC/BIG triblock, built in 2015, represents the operational core of the Used Bottling Line for still water 3000 bph. Not only does this unit integrate bottle rinsing, volumetric filling, and capping within a single structure, but it also guarantees high operational efficiency. Specifically, the automatic cap feeding system ensures continuous and efficient production. Furthermore, the volumetric filling process guarantees precise and repeatable dosing, which is essential for maintaining product consistency in still water bottling. Likewise, the triblock operates at 3×400 Volt +N+PE, thus ensuring full compatibility with the line’s electrical management system. In addition, its modular design simplifies future maintenance and upgrades.

Labeling and handle application

The Used Bottling Line for still water 3000 bph also includes a STM labeling machine, model UNO ADE, manufactured in 2016. This machine, in particular, applies self-adhesive labels from a roll, ensuring accurate and rapid labeling of large-format containers. As a result, the reliable labeling process maintains high production efficiency and guarantees consistent product presentation. Simultaneously, an ERSEY handle applicator, built in 2015, automatically applies handles to the 5-liter containers, thus improving end-user ergonomics and optimizing logistics operations. In this way, the line significantly reduces manual intervention and handling errors. Furthermore, the machines coordinate effectively to preserve the sterility and mechanical integrity of each container.
