Description
Used KHS canning line up to 40000 cph
Introduction to the 40,000 cph KHS Bottling Line
The beverage industry requires advanced technologies to meet high-speed production needs. The Used KHS canning line up to 40000 cph bottling line represents a technologically advanced solution, designed to maximize efficiency in bottling processes.
Depalletization and Preparation: KETTNER Depalletizer and Famix Premix
The process begins with the KETTNER depalletizer, which offers advanced automation for can sorting. The system uses precision sensors to ensure continuous, uninterrupted flow. Followed by the Famix premixer, essential for the preparation of the product. This system ensures that the mixing of drinks is carried out precisely, maintaining constant product quality.
Filling and Sealing: Filling Machine KHS and Seamer FERRUM
The heart of the line is the KHS (V)VF 72 D Filling Machine, which uses an isobaric filling system to guarantee the integrity of the product. This technology allows precise and uniform filling, reducing foam formation to a minimum. Subsequently, the FERRUM F812-2 seamer seals the cans with a high precision mechanism, guaranteeing the integrity of the seal and the preservation of the product.
Quality Control: Inspector PRESSCO and MIHO
To ensure quality, the line is equipped with inspection systems. The PRESSCO SYSTEM 11105 inspector checks the integrity of empty cans, while the MIHO XEC, XEP, XEPP checks full cans. These systems use advanced technologies to identify and reject any defective containers, ensuring that only compliant products reach the market.
Lid Feeding and Packaging: Can Lid Feeder CSW and Case Packer Kisters
The CSW 54 MMF 01 lid feeding system supplies lids to cans efficiently, reducing downtime. The Kisters ZVT case packer then automatically packs the cans into boxes for shipping, optimizing the packaging process.
Palletization: Procomac Agilis 2000 Palletizer
Finally, the Procomac Agilis 2000 palletizer manages the stacking of finished products. This system is designed to operate with high efficiency, ensuring the correct arrangement of products on pallets, ready for distribution.
