This used Spirit Filling Line is a high-performance bottling solution with a capacity of 6600 bottles per hour. It is a complete bottling line that is ready to go and currently in production. The line has been designed with safety in mind and features various safety features to ensure a safe and efficient operation. This makes it a great choice for companies looking for a reliable and efficient filling solution for their spirits.

The line is suitable for both 1 liter and 1.75 liter containers, giving it the versatility to handle a range of bottle sizes. The Stork Depalletiser & Bottle Handling system is responsible for efficiently handling the bottles as they come off the pallet. Krones Superbloc Rinser & Filler, where the bottles are filled with the desired spirit. The Zalkin Capper then seals the containers, ensuring that the contents are properly preserved.

Labeling and Packing

Labeling is an important part of the bottling process and this line features the Krones Prontomatic Labeller to ensure that the bottles are accurately labeled. The SFT Laner is responsible for aligning the containers in preparation for packing. The Krones Kettner Case Erector then sets up the cases for further processing. The Case Conveyor moves the cases to the the Kettner Case Packer then packs the cases into boxes, and the Logan Packing table helps with the packing process. The 3M Case Sealer seals the boxes, ensuring that the contents are protected during transportation.

Quality control is also a key aspect of the bottling process, and this line features the John White Weigh Scale Checker to verify the weight of the boxes. If a box does not meet the required specifications, the John White Case Reject will reject it. The Linx Bottle Coder and Rea Case Coder are responsible for coding the bottles and cases, respectively, making it easier to track the product throughout the supply chain.

Finally, the Amberflex Spiral Elevator elevates the bottles to the Bottle Conveyor, which conveys the containers to the next stage. This line is a comprehensive solution that covers all the key steps in the bottling process, making it a great choice for companies looking to streamline their bottling operations. Manuals are also available for reference, ensuring that the line can be operated and maintained with ease.
