Used PET Complete Bottling Line for Water
Revised in 2018, this water bottling line accommodates both PET and glass containers. Currently, it is equipped exclusively for PET, but with the addition of specific machinery, it can easily adapt to glass container production. Capable of handling both still and carbonated water, a simple addition of a saturator enables the production of carbonated beverages.
Composition of the Line:
1. SIPA blower with 8 linear cavities, including molds for 1.5 and 0.5-liter bottles.
2. 40 bar compressor unit with low and high-pressure capabilities, accompanied by a chiller.
3. Pneumatic air transport system for moving bottles to the filler.
4. Neck grab bottle rinser unit.
5. Isobaric filling monoblock suitable for both PET and glass bottles, featuring 60 filling valves and 12 capping heads for crown caps (Cortellazzi 60/12 model).
6. Arol 10-head capper for plastic screw caps.
7. Rotary Hot Melt labeler.
8. SMI shrink wrapper with an automatic shrink oven.
9. Handle applicator for bundle handling.
10. Automatic palletizer for bundles and cartons.
11. Pallet film wrapper.
12. Comprehensive conveyor system.
