Description:

The KRONES/PET line for sparkling water and soft drinks is a bottling system designed for the production of carbonated beverages such as sparkling water and soft drinks. It is capable of producing up to 18,000 1.5 liter bottles per hour, with bottles featuring a low neck 1881. This bottling system consists of several different components that work together to produce the finished product.

The first component is the Sidel SBO16 series 2 bottle blowing machine, a 1999 model that is responsible for forming the bottles from preform materials. After the bottles are formed, they are conveyed through the system using air conveyors from KRONES, which were manufactured in 1998.

The bottles then move on to the KRONES/PET filling triblock, where they are filled with the desired beverage and labeled using an automatic labeling machine, both of which were manufactured in 1998. The filled and labeled bottles are then mixed in a GEA mixer from 1998 before being conveyed on plate conveyors from KRONES, also from 1998.

Next, the bottles go through the Shrinkmaster Media Packer, a 1998 model that wraps them in shrink film for packaging. The packaged bottles are then palletized by the Krones Palmaster from 1998 and finally wrapped in protective film by the ROBOPACK wrapper, also from 1998.

Description of the syrup room:

Used to prepare the syrups and concentrates used in the production of the sparkling water and soft drinks.

This equipment, all manufactured by GEA in 1998, includes tanks and containers with agitators and washing heads for mixing and storing the concentrates and syrups, an in-line plate pasteurizer, and a screw elevator and crane for handling sugar.
