This AMS Ferrari 12-12-1 isobaric filling triblock for beer includes:

This isobaric filling monoblock with rotating collection table with a speed of 600 b/h to 3000 b/h, is made up of a bottle rinsing area, an electronic isobaric bottling machine and a 26mm and 29mm crown capping machine.
The machine specializes in filling carbonated beer with a maximum pressure of 8 bar. The bottle enters through a multi-format universal auger with manual regulation, for bottles with a diameter of 60 to 115mm.

The linear rinser (rinse + drain) has a programmable duration, for new bottles.
This isobaric filling triblock is equipped with 12 stainless steel heads with plastic universal floating clamps.
The linear isobaric filler for beer is equipped with 12 mechanically operated valves and features:
- Inductive sensors for bottle detection and cycle start.
- Pressure evacuator for indication of bottle filling and bottle pressure.
- Electro-pneumatic valve for filling circuit.
- Electro-pneumatic valve for pressure compensation in the tank.
- Electro-pneumatic valve self-leveling circuit.
- Electro-pneumatic valve for decompression.
- Double-acting electro-pneumatic piston for opening/closing the gas return circuit.
- Double effect electro-pneumatic piston for product circuit opening/closing.
- Manual adjustment of the filling height from 25 to 200mm.
The single head capper for 26mm and 29mm crown caps is equipped with:
- Inlet water injector for foam formation.
- Feeder – Stainless steel vibrator-type crown distributor. with feed hopper, crown descent channel with crown presence control photocell for automatic management.
- Stainless steel closing head. with manual height adjustment device Machine equipped with Inverter electronic variator with regulation by potentiometer from the control panel
