Used EFC Bottling Line For Beer 2014

The line was built by the EFC in 2014.

Speed in BPH depends on the format. With 0.33L we reach almost 2000 bph (foam permitting).

It utilizes gravity filling with a possibility of slight depression.

The labeling machine is an Enos Base mounted on the same conveyor belt with an inkjet printer just overhauled, we also have 2 kits for making conical bottles.

9 taps with the possibility of using depression
26 and 29 mm crown capper
7 bottle format changes
2 kits for labeling 0.33 and 0.50 conical FRIZZ type bottles

Electro-pneumatic inlet valves and ball valve for the total emptying of the bell

9 nozzles with level adjustment
