Used Complete line for oil extraction Pieralisi 2005
This is a complete plant for the production of mainly olive oil. Produced by Pieralisi in 2005 which reaches speeds of 7 quintals per hour. It is currently connected and can be turned on to see how it works.
Consisting of 3 / 7 quintals Gramole, washing machine, defoliator, bin loader, centrifuge, separator, crusher.
A complete plant that has been in operation since 2005 and on average has processed from 700 to 1000 quintals of olives every year. (150 – 200 hours worked annually) 6/8 quintals of olives per hour maximum.
Installed power: 30 Kw
All the machines are by Pieralisi including the stainless steel washing machine, the boiler of the Riello company included in the system is also available, it is used to heat the water both in the malaxers and in the centrifuge.
Manuals available all supplied by Pieralisi, safeguards and even some spare parts.
This line is kept in excellent condition and the necessary maintenance has always been done. All overhauled by Pieralisi ready for sale.
