SLVB01 MACHINE BASE – SYNCHROFILL Automatic group with slight depression, construction MBF model SYNCHROFILL 960.16UFT1 / 960.20LV / 360.3R for rinsing, filling and capping of wine.
The machine consists of:
Rinsing machine with 16 fixed nozzle clamps Filling machine with 20 taps Capping machine with 3 heads per cap
Suitable for glass bottles with the following dimensions: max ø : 120 mm.

Production: 3.500 bottles / hour. Bottle capacity: 0.75 L. Straws ø: 15 mm.
Machine base
The machine base frame is welded steel, sandblasted and protected by several coats of epoxy paint. It is entirely coated with stainless steel. The mechanical parts that rotate the machine are housed inside the frame.
It has a large sized electric motor controlled by an inverter.
Manual lubrication with greasers. The greasers of the static parts are positioned on an easily accessible block.
Electrical panel made of stainless steel, positioned on the side of the machine, complete with:
Electromechanics and command buttons
Analog manometers
Transparent safeguards with stainless steel frames integrated into the base structure.
Each safeguard is equipped with a safety microswitch.

FILLTOWER – FILLMATIC 20LV
The filling turret consists of:
Supply tank made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
All surfaces of the tank are machined and the parts in contact with the product are further polished.
The bottom of the tank is inclined to help complete drainage of the liquid at the end of the operation and / or during sanitization.
The taps are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with 40 mm level adjustment, central liquid shut-off valve and gasket; deformable membrane gasket for the safest sanitation; complete with bottle centering cone as standard.
Manual tank height adjustment.
Control of the liquid level in the tank by means of a conductive probe.
An ON / OFF signal is available to control the product feed pump.
Depression system consisting of centrifugal blower, vacuum gauge and vacuum regulation valve.
Feeding of the product from the top
Manually operated external washing device for taps and bottle lifting plates.
They intercept the air intake in the absence of the bottle.
Capping turret components:
- Feeding hopper for static corks;
- Pipes and cork drop conveyors for cork measurement;
- Cork release in presence of bottle;
- Compression box with cork compression elements;
- Cork prestressing system, powder blowing, rapid corking.
