We have a used palletizer for sale that has been very well-maintained and is kept indoors, and has not been exposed to bad weather.

This palletizer has gone through an extraordinary thorough overhaul, with electronic upgrades in 2016, PROFIBUS system, MOSAIC AND REER safety systems, TOUCH-SCREEN control technology.
It uses conventional automatic palletization with low level handling. The supported pallet dimensions are eur-epal pallet, 800×1200 mm and are capable of processing at a speed of 10 000 bottles per hour.
Its ability to palletize also depends on the type of package used: therefore, on the 3×2 1.5 L format, it will be less performing than the 4×6 0.50 L format in terms of bottles produced per hour.
This used Berchi palletizer is in an excellent state of maintenance and ready to go into production. Only its safeguards need to be tested post-assembly and its photocells need synchronization.
PLC is available, and comments make the program easily understandable and accessible.
It takes about 10 working days to assemble it with an electrician and a specialized mechanic. If other programs are needed, they must be created in the place of installation.
For this second case, about 4-5 days may still be required for the programmer.
