Used filling monoblock for beer and soft drinks, GAI 12-16-1 for sale.
Used GAI and Kosme filler for beer, soft drinks and sparkling wines.
The equipment is for 0.375 and 0.75 L
The filling valve has three buttons. It can pre-evacuate, degas and self-level the liquid to be filled.
Valve system with pre-evacuation, self-levelling and degassing clockwise with:
- 12 rinsing tongs with single treatment
- 16 isobaric filling valves
- 1 single head crown capping turret for 26 and 29 metal cups and safeguards all around the filling monoblock.
This makes it possible for the second-hand beer filling machine to process both carbonated and still products by removing the oxygen which could oxidize the liquid introduced during filling. These guarantee quality and safety to the finished product.
Furthermore degassing allows for no foam problems during filling.
Auto Level is a system that allows you to have the same level in all bottles, perfectly dosing the quantity inserted inside the container.
