Used Filling Monoblock Vir Mauri Speedy 16/3 6000 bph

Built in 2000, this Filling monoblock with a light depression filler has been only very little in operation.

It is an automatic filling monoblock for filling of 100 ml to 3000 ml glass containers, with a speed of 6000 bph (4000 L / hour). The caps used are: 31,5 x 24 to 28 mm. 

The filler consists of the following main parts:

AISI 304 stainless steel covered base, inside of which the engine and all the mechanical transmission components of the machine are located.

The filling carousel has 16 valves with light depression filling.

Capper fetures:

The carousel is for capping of 3T dp. 252 (Aluminum screw) caps

The capper of this monoblock is Zalkin capper 3 heads, and  comes with a 6 lane bottle conveyor belt and additional equipment of augers, stars and conveyors and an electrical panel with control panel.

Safety valve:

The safety valve is applied to the tank, and it opens only in the case of the pressure going beyond the value set in the design and testing phase, discharging the gases to the outside.

This vales is present both on the pressure tanks and also on the light pressure tanks. In the pressure tanks it is set at 5.4 Bar (approximately) and on the light pressure tanks it is at 0.5 Bar pressure as the maximum allowed limit.

Additional details:

There is a bottle protection channel available between filler and capper with inert gas blowing nozzles and a cover hood with sliding opening.

It also features an automatic CIP arrangement, and optionally (as an extra) a washing CIP with false bottles.

The filling monoblock has been only very little in operation. Vir Mauri built it and then Dipran of Modena took it over and made some changes to the automatic washing and automatic drying.

The machine is fully functional, but not running. Dipran has confirmed that the filling monoblock is in perfect condition.

It can fill and screw cap from 100 ml to 2 liters. It can also fill the 3 liters semi-automatically.

The taps go down on the bottles. This way it never had falling bottle accidents. There are two cams at the inlet.

The first is used to vacuum the bottle, the second starts filling.

It’s a real bargain for anyone who wants to have a machine capable of filling and capping up to 5000 bottles now.
