Water PET Bottling line (Carbonated Mineral):

Speed:
Formats 330 ml and 500 ml 12.500 BPH
Formats 1.0 L and 1.5 L 10.400 BPH

With caps: shorty cap and Sport cap based on PCO 28 mm 1881

CSD is also possible if we exclude the carbonator and include a mixer

Semi-Automatic CIP station, year 2005

Labelling: pre-cutted plastic labels by hot glue around the bottle

Simonazzi air conveyor, with control panel, year 2004
– pneumatically adjustable
– length approx. 80 mtr.
– including 10 blowers

The line will be in production until approx. June/Jule 2020 and can be inspected.
