OPERATION WITH FIXED NOZZLE WITH SIMPLE TREATMENT

FILLER: GENERAL OPERATION: The bottles are spaced apart from the inlet screw that introduces them into the incoming star, which in turn deposits them on the filler carousel. At this point, the tap drops onto the bottle via a cam and filling begins.
This type of filling takes place with the central tank sprinkled with sterile air at a pressure of 0.1 / 0.2 bar, in order to have a good filling speed.

• Cap descent channel including electronic device for detecting missing caps
