Used SATURATOR – EUROTECH Process Plants EUROSAT 8000 A/S

Sanitary execution.

EUROSAT equipment is a carbonation machine for the production of products with gas. The EUROSAT carbonator allows you to deaerate the water at the entrance by stripping CO2 in a deaeration tank. The deaerated water reaches the next CO2 injection, through an injector.

After the injection of CO2, the product enters a stabilization tank at constant pressure, to allow the dissolution and stabilization of the CO2 in the product, before being pumped for a centrifugal pump specific to the filling machine.

The machine is equipped with an HMI interface and a PLC for programming and selecting the various process phases and variables, manual and automatic operations, displaying alarms, messages and production data.
