The Monoblock is in excellent aesthetic and functional conditions, respecting the highest standards of maintenance required. On the machine, continuous modernization work was carried out from the PLCs, currently Siemens S7. At the moment the machine is not working but you can see it turn blank. In addition, the machines before being stopped were completely cleaned. The filler has been sanitized. The monoblock is composed of two rinsers with 120 clamps each, the bottles pass in the first, where they are sterilized with peracetic acid, finally in the second they are washed with sterilized water. For further technical information we have all the revision works carried out over the years. However, on request it is possible to receive additional photos and videos.
