        Product collation
        Electronic fingers perform product collation allowing fast change-over on the widest range of pack patterns and optimal pressure control needed on very unstable containers. Die-cast aluminium fingers matching the bottle’s base avoid any damage to ultra-lightweight still water pet bottles.

        Handle applicator
        Zambelli system sticks the handle’s adhesive tape onto the film before it wraps around the bundle and enters the shrink-tunnel where it is heat sealed obtaining an extremely robust carrying. The handle applicator built-in inside the bundler saves all the conveyors downstream for valuable accumulation before the palletizer

        Cutting unit with serrated edge single blade
        Serrated edge single blade cuts neatly even the thinnest film and can be quickly replaced without any fine adjustment. Servomotor operated it allows effective printed film registration. Cut film is lifted up to the edge of the product table by a plastic mat conveyor. Air suction holding the film against the belt is adjustable according to film width.

        Energy saving shrink tunnel
        Zambelli heating technology delivers optimal air volumes to each tunnel section. High efficiency heat transfer and compact outer dimensions greatly reduce heat loss hence electrical consumption. Adjustable position air spreaders allow fast change-over between single and multi-lane operation. Effective cooling at tunnel discharge tightly stabilizes packs before they leave the tunnel belt

        The automatic machines, LFT 50 shrinkwrappers, heat-shrinkable films launch are made for packaging in flat layer + film and tray + film or film only, with speeds up to 70 cycles / minute. The bundling machines of the LFT 50 series with continuous motion are suitable for packaging plastic and glass bottles, cans, jars and jars with or without a flat flap or cardboard tray support with shrink film. The LFT 50 series combines reliable mechanical solutions with the most advanced electronics in a robust and flexible machine, the Zambellli packaging bundling machines are simple to use and characterized by a quick and simple format change between different products.
        The unique frame of its kind of LFT 50 shrinkwrappers, is a cantilever type and finds on the back side the motors and transmissions that can be accessed to perform maintenance, separated from the front of the machine where the packaging takes place. The part of the shrinkwrappers where there are no mechanical parts allows the operator the full visual control of the bundle formation and wrapping operations. The lubricated parts, placed on the rear side of the machine, ensure hygiene at the front where all parts are positioned in close contact with the product. The moving parts are protected by safety joints with the aim of intervening in the event of overload problems.

        The equipment of the LFT 50 shrinkwrappers foresees the product separation through continuous moving tines mounted on chains managed by servomotors, guaranteeing an optimal control of the pressure on the product and a format change in reduced times. The unwinding of the film from the reel, the LFT 50 shrinkwrappers is controlled by a motorized unwinder which moves the film at a constant speed and with no tension towards the cutting unit. The serrated knife of the shrinkwrapper is a single rotary blade controlled by a servo-motor which allows to manage the optimal cutting speed for each format based on the size of the bundle. The LFT 50 shrinkwrapper is an agglomerate of technology that allows the use of extremely thin films with a considerable economic saving. The series of 50 LFT shrinkwrappers for tray + film packaging are complete with stock where the blanks are moved by suction cups mounted on a swinging arm. The dies are lifted by toothed chains and the tray is formed around the bundle. The glue is sprayed hot by electronic guns for closing the trays to ensure accuracy and avoid glue waste. The shrink tunnel of the LFT 50 series shrinkwrappers has been designed to regulate the heat developed on each area of ​​the pack, obtaining energy savings and optimal shrinkage even with printed films. The heat flows can be differentiated under, on the sides and above the pack with the use of valves and diffusers adjustable according to the size of the product and the thickness of the film.

        The production of LFT 50 shrinkwrappers is aimed at ensuring a rapid and simple format change; sliding clamping handles on graduated scales or handwheels with digital indicators facilitate the operator in making the format change following the instructions in the manual and simply adjusting the moving parts to the positions indicated. The LFT 50 shrinkwrappers are supplied with transparent access doors positioned on the sides of the machine to facilitate cleaning and maintenance operations. Switches connected to the emergency circuit stop the machine in case of opening, ensuring safety and reliability at every stage of the process.
