    Used Bottle Labeler Krones Topmatic 65000 bph year 2003

    Equipped with 2 (two) labelling stations, fixed magazine, cold-glue type, to apply:

    • one front body label
    • one back body label – may be upgraded
    • one neck label
    • top foil – may be upgradedon round glass bottles. Also:

    • bottles of vine/champagne/strong drinks – may be upgraded

    Machine standard features:

    Base frame
    One piece steel welded construction, stainless steel tabletop with openable doors. Safety Guarding Full enclosure type;
    Electric interlock on openable doors according to CE safety regulations.

    Main Drive
    Inverter drive controlled main motor.

    Transmission
    Transmission system by toothed gearings steel/plastic made with alternated location.

    Machine Infeed
    Infeed bottle blocking pad or selecting starwheel with infeed/outfeed jam switch. Safety devices for fallen bottles at i/o side.

    Container conveyor
    Stainless steel made supporting different tabletop chain.

    Central Carousel
    Solid and anti-vibration construction.
    Platforms rotation by chain drive, driven by cam track, controlled with frequency controler. Cam followers lubricated by oil forced circulation driven by gear pump; with oil shortage alarm. Headgripper jacks with concentric double shaft and mechanical compensation.
    Automatic adjustment of top carousel, controlled by operator panel.

    Control panel
    B&R IPC2001, display model CTS 10; installed on stainless steel pivoting frame.

    PLC
    SIEMENS S7 (CPU 300 series).

    Lubrication
    Grease lubrication system with “single point” centralised nipples.

    Pneumatic system
    Ready for connection, complete with air filter and pressure regulator.

    Labelling Station
    Main drive located on station upper part, water / glue infiltration proof.
    Lubrication by forced oil circulation, driven by gear pump with oil shortage alarm.
    Stainless steel glue roller, pallets (quick release type) with rubber coated surface.
    Label magazine with manual (or automatic as an option) loading system.
    Automatic device for label transfer control (“No bottle – no label”).
    Automatic glue scraper opening/closure control according to containers flow (“No bottle – noglue”).
    Labelling station positioning by coaxial differential with servo drive.
    C.I.P. system on each station (flushing with water)
    Automatic glue pump for each labelling station, complete with integrated glue heater.

    Bottle handling parts

    Infeed-screw, starwheels, central guides.

    Label handling parts

    Gripper cylinder, set of pallets, label magazine, wiping device.

    Corrosion proof

    Large use of corrosion resistant material such as stainless steel, non-ferrous alloys, plastic, etc.; Castings and carbon steel parts treated against corrosion and epoxy painted (multi-layer process). Standard finish colour: RAL 7035 – grey.

    Minimum maintenance and lubrication requirements.
    Optimum accessibility for cleaning and debris removal purposes.
    Colour coded changeover parts and accessories, for easier identification.

    The machine is also complete with:

    • configuration with two star-wheels,
    • twin glue scraper on station for both body and neck (Alu-Foil) labels,
    • trolley for storing change parts,
    • preparation for integration of bottle coder,
    • preparation for integration of label inspection (three labels).
