    Used Microfiltration Plant 6000 l/h

    Basic microfiltration plant mod. A 1000: The microfiltration plant has a capacity of 6,000 l/h. All parts in contact with the wine are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. The plant is suitable for sterilization with steam and/or peroxides. Testing of the complete system with hydraulic test is included.

    Characteristics of the microfiltration system:

    • Pipes and fittings DIN 50 for the wine line and DIN 40 for the water line.

    • Dosage of peracetic acid for the reservoir of the entire system.

    • Double cold and hot water filtration for utilities on the filter elements.

    • Quadruple wine filtration.

    • Management of housing vents and housing pressurization.

    • The housings are made to a sanitary design in 316L steel, self-draining and with the connection of the cartridge obtained directly by milling the solid block.

    • The 316L steel bell is polished internally and externally with a mirror finish.
