    Used labeling machine Simac optical centering:

    This Used labeling machine Simac optical centering,  has 12 motorized plates with optical centering, 12 photocells, and 3 adhesive groups, extending on a length of 50 MT.
    Moreover, it’s complete with 4-axis adjustments on the trolley, plus 1 glue group with 6 divisions for an L-shaped seal on the trolley.
    The L-seal ironing pliers in different sizes can be modified and sized for the U-seal on the bottle cap.

    A Touch screen with PLC and integrated electronics is available on the used adhesive labeling machine and can be modified on request.
    This used Rotary labeling machine has an electric head lift system and speed regulation via inverter. There is the possibility of new touchscreen programs depending on the customer’s needs.

    Automatic adhesive stations for rotary labelers:

    The mechanical slide that carries the adhesive group can apply all types of label stickers on all types of bottles.
    There are minimum and maximum label sizes that we can apply to it, but we can also modify them upon request.
    The keypad located at the end of the adhesive station of the used adhesive labeling machinery can memorize up to 200 different types of labels.
    The adhesive station, through a photocell system and a dedicated program, automatically applies the required label format to connect to the optical centering system.
