Used Complete Dairy For produce semi-hard and hard cheese, fresh cheese and curd.

It was built in 2005 and equipped with the most modern stainless steel equipment for cheese production.

Capacity:
1 batch of 5.000 l of milk can be processed within 3-4 hours
1 shift 8 h can be processed 10.000 l of milk

Finished products based on monthly capacities:
• Semi-hard and hard cheeses .. up to 30 tons / month.
• Curd …………………………up to 10 tons / month.
• Fresh cheese …………………up to 10 tons / month.

-The equipment is about 20 years old.
-Manufactured producers, mainly from Croatia:
-Main boiler 5.000 l manual parameter adjustment, Alfa Metal – Croatia
-Pasteurizer: Jedinstvo – Croatia – 5,000 l / h – about 20 years old.
-Separator: Alfa Laval – Sweden – 5,000 l / h – about 20 years old.


We offer a complete dairy for processing milk into semi-hard and hard cheeses with high technology of production of quality cheeses (as Grana Padano – Italy), curd and the production of fresh cheese for the bakery industry.

The equipment requires an area of 500 m2, height about 5 m.
Boiler room 130 m2, 2 boilers, one gas and the other oil burner.
Refrigerator approx. 50 m2, height 6 m, regime 2-8 ° C
Required electro-installed power: 50-60 kW
