    Pasteurizer Negri Impianti P 6-B

    Speed with 0.50 l can, 1800 cph

    Pasteurization tunnel Measurements: length 6.85 m, width (including electrical panel) 2 meters, height 1.87 m.
    Measurements conveyor belt (useful surface for loading bottles) length 6 m, width 1 m, height max bottles inlet 30 cm.
    N6 steam-heated tanks with n°6 inspection / cleaning manhole covers, n° 6 nozzle feeding pumps with pre-filter, manual and automatic tank temperatures control, conveyor belt speed regulator, automatic conveyor belt locking system for overflow at the outlet, air knife to eliminate drops of water on the cap, extractor hoods to eliminate incoming and outgoing steam.

    Utilities: 1 steam inlet with automatic valve and timer (opening at a preset time), 1 compressed air inlet 6 bar, 1 water inlet 3 bar and power supply 380v 3p + n. Hourly capacity with bottle type XLNSS 2300 bott / h and with bottle 75 cl type BACCO TC OAK 1500 bott / h.
